Oud-leerling Humphrey schreef het volgende gedicht voor de Universele Gevechtskunst

 

Cherish the movement

 

while moving in learning

to defend yourself

because it might keep you

in one piece;

 

So cherish in showing to love

that movement;

 

 As live, or more exactly, to life

is more than just defending it;

I also hope you’ll find it in you

to love and cherish “that”;

 

 So it too wil cherish you

in return

the way UGK cherishes you
